Upload a fresh CoStar export to update property data. Brochure links already saved are preserved automatically.

What this does: If you maintain your property listings in a Google Sheet, publish it as a CSV and paste the URL here. The dashboard will pull fresh data every time someone opens it — no CSV upload needed.

When to use it: Use this if your team updates listings in Google Sheets regularly. If you use CoStar CSV uploads instead, you can ignore this tab.

How to get the URL: Google Sheet → File → Share → Publish to web → select your tab → Comma-separated values (.csv) → Publish → copy the URL.

Upload a PDF file or paste a Google Drive URL. Uploaded files are stored locally in this browser.

What this does: Every time you upload a new CoStar CSV, the dashboard compares the new data against the last saved baseline and highlights what changed:
